Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting. • Prepare and analyze property budgets and ensure accurate financial forecasting. • Coordinate tax-related documentation and collaborate with external tax specialists. • Manage property management accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Yardi to maintain accurate financial records and streamline processes. • Represent the family in interactions with vendors, employees, and business associates. • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support real estate acquisitions and investments. • Provide insights and reports on commercial real estate performance and investment opportunities. • Handle administrative projects and ensure confidentiality in all financial dealings. • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and address financial inquiries promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting, wealth management, or a similar role.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Yardi Voyager accounting software.• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and real estate accounting principles.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with high net worth individuals and stakeholders.• Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive financial information.• Familiarity with real estate acquisitions, funds, and investment management.
