Senior Property Accountant – Commercial Real EstateAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting for a two‑building commercial property currently undergoing significant renovations and upgrades. This role offers hands‑on involvement across property operations, lease administration, and project accounting, with strong opportunities for growth as the portfolio continues to expand. What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline</li><li>3+ years of commercial property accounting experience (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with MRI (web version/PMX) strongly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of lease structures, tenant billings, and CAM reconciliations</li><li>Highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment</li></ul>
