UX Researcher
<p>We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will help improve the user experience of our products and services by conducting research and turning complex findings into actionable insights. Your work will play a critical role in shaping the design and development process, ensuring that user needs are prioritized at every stage.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights about customer behaviors, motivations, and pain points.</li><li>Design and execute usability testing, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and stakeholders, to integrate findings into product strategies and improvements.</li><li>Identify target user groups and build comprehensive user personas to guide product design decisions.</li><li>Analyze and interpret research data using tools and software, presenting findings in a systematic and actionable manner to stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research to ensure innovative approaches are utilized.</li><li>Collaborate in developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to test and refine design concepts.</li><li>Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting.</li><li>Expertise in research tools such as Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, UserTesting.com, and similar platforms.</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of usability testing standards and frameworks in digital and mobile design.</li></ul><p><br></p>
