Service Designer
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Service Designer</strong> to craft seamless, end-to-end experiences that connect people, processes, and technology. You’ll collaborate across teams to map customer journeys, identify pain points, and design solutions that improve overall service quality and impact.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead research to understand user needs, business goals, and operational realities.</li><li>Develop <strong>service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and process flows</strong>.</li><li>Design and prototype <strong>holistic service experiences</strong> across digital and physical touchpoints.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, UX designers, and developers to bring concepts to life.</li><li>Use feedback, analytics, and testing to refine and improve services.</li><li>Advocate for <strong>human-centered design thinking</strong> across the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in <strong>service design, UX, or design strategy</strong>.</li><li>Skilled in tools like <strong>Figma, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>design thinking, user research, and systems mapping</strong>.</li><li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating service design methods and outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience with <strong>CX strategy, organizational design, or change management</strong>.</p>
