In this role, you will play a vital part in managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment resolution. Responsibilities: • Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution. • Communicate effectively with clients to address billing discrepancies and payment issues. • Utilize established credit and collection processes to recover outstanding debts. • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account disputes and ensure client satisfaction. • Analyze account histories to identify patterns and recommend actions for improvement. • Prepare detailed reports on collection efforts and account statuses. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards during all collection activities. • Support the team in achieving monthly collection targets and financial goals.
