This role is pivotal in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash applications, and maintaining effective collections processes. Responsibilities:• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Handle cash applications and reconcile payments to maintain accurate financial records.• Manage commercial collections, engaging with clients to resolve outstanding invoices.• Oversee billing functions, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.• Monitor daily cash activity to ensure all payments are correctly recorded.• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes and address discrepancies.• Generate reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights to management.• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.• Ensure high levels of customer service when interacting with clients regarding payment issues.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including cash applications and collections. • Strong knowledge of billing functions and financial reconciliation processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. • Experience in commercial collections is preferred.
