Accounts Receivable Specialist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash applications, and maintaining effective collections processes. Netsuite experience a plus. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Handle cash applications and reconcile payments to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Manage commercial collections, engaging with clients to resolve outstanding invoices.</p><p>• Oversee billing functions, including the preparation and distribution of invoices.</p><p>• Monitor daily cash activity to ensure all payments are correctly recorded.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes and address discrepancies.</p><p>• Generate reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights to management.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.</p><p>• Ensure high levels of customer service when interacting with clients regarding payment issues.</p>
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including cash applications and collections.<br>• Strong knowledge of billing functions and financial reconciliation processes.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Experience in commercial collections is preferred.
