Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce exceeding 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state-specific regulations and requirements. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll tasks and maintain employee records. • Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain employee satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and support organizational goals. • Conduct audits of payroll data to identify and correct errors. • Stay updated on payroll-related laws and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. • Provide support during payroll system upgrades or transitions as needed.

• Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing in a large organization. • Hands-on experience managing multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software. • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards. • Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies effectively. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing payroll data. • Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and internal teams. • Ability to adapt to changes in payroll systems or processes.
