Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cerritos, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a showroom environment while supporting various sales and operational functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.</p><p>• Collaborate with the sales team to support cross-functional tasks and enhance operational efficiency.</p><p>• Assist in training employees on outdated systems to ensure smooth transitions and effective use.</p><p>• Represent the company with attention to detail at tradeshows, requiring travel for 3-day trips up to 4-6 times per year.</p><p>• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.</p><p>• Manage order entry, data processing, and email correspondence with attention to detail.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and support reporting needs.</p><p>• Ensure high levels of organization and multitasking to meet customer and business demands.</p><p>• Maintain a welcoming and well-organized showroom environment while standing for extended periods.</p><p>• Leverage problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.</p>
<p>• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a showroom or product-based setting.</p><p>• Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.</p><p>• Familiarity with tradeshows and the ability to travel for 3-day trips, up to 4-6 times per year.</p><p>• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.</p><p>• Capability to stand for long durations while engaging with customers.</p><p>• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and email correspondence.</p><p>• Demonstrated multitasking skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry.</p>
