<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.</li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, including entry, tracking, updates, and issue resolution.</li><li>Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer information, orders, and updates into company systems.</li><li>Maintain and review order records for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment.</li><li>Proactively identify solutions to recurring customer issues, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.</li><li>Support the documentation of customer feedback and trends for continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service, order management, or data entry role preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
