We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, support payroll processing, and ensure administrative accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The position requires proficiency with Sage 300, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations. • Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices promptly. • Apply cash receipts, organizational payments, and credit card transactions using Sage 300. • Monitor customer accounts, address overdue balances, and resolve billing discrepancies. • Maintain precise customer records and prepare aging reports. • Assist with month-end close activities and produce monthly accounts receivable reports. • Support payroll processing by reviewing timesheets, employee records, and payroll data for accuracy. • Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and respond to employee inquiries. • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain payroll records according to company policies. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and maintain system integrity in Sage 300.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, with exposure to payroll functions. • Proficiency in Sage 300 is mandatory. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll practices. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities. • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
