In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes. This position offers the opportunity to oversee critical accounting activities and contribute to the organization’s success. Responsibilities: • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete. • Oversee and review the trial balance and general ledger to maintain financial integrity. • Conduct thorough reviews of journal entries to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Supervise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, ensuring smooth operations. • Document and refine accounting processes and procedures to optimize efficiency. • Collaborate with auditors during financial statement audits to provide necessary information and support. • Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to ensure consistency. • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve operations and decision-making.

• Proven experience in managing month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Strong expertise in handling general ledger and trial balance operations. • Familiarity with financial statement audits and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies. • Demonstrated ability to review and manage journal entries effectively. • Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills for process improvement. • Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
