We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Accountant to join our growing client in North Dallas. team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project-related financial activities and ensuring accurate accounting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company in the construction industry. Responsibilities:• Oversee project accounting activities, including tracking costs and revenues for multiple construction projects.• Perform month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.• Handle billing processes, including generating invoices and reconciling payments.• Process payroll for project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.• Conduct account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.• Utilize software tools like Procore and Deltek Costpoint, Procore to streamline accounting processes.• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address financial queries and provide insights.• Complete additional accounting-related tasks as assigned to support the team.
