<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration</li><li>CPA or MBA preferred</li><li>5–7 years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Has been responsible for inventory accounting</li><li>Have worked in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and logistics environment</li><li>Expertise in US GAAP (and familiarity with IFRS a plus)</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems: </li><li>Strong Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)</li><li>Proven leadership skills with ability to train and mentor staff</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks</li></ul><p><br></p>
