<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)</li><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting</li><li>Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments</li><li>Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects</li></ul><p><br></p>
