We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:• Manage and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices.• Review and approve invoice coding to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.• Oversee check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to ensure timely disbursement.• Monitor and maintain the accounts payable system, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and improve workflow.• Generate and analyze reports, utilizing tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls throughout the accounts payable process.• Assist in the implementation and optimization of systems like D365 to streamline operations.• Develop and maintain training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.• Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial objectives and initiatives.

• Bachelors degree required• Proven experience in accounts payable management or supervision.• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, check runs, and ACH payments.• Proficiency in financial tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.• Familiarity with systems like D365 and their application in accounts payable.• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve processes.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve payment discrepancies.• Knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls related to accounts payable.
