Responsibilities: • Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. • Prepare and maintain detailed financial records, including invoices and payment reports. • Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve issues related to billing or payments. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency. • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review. • Verify and validate financial data to ensure proper documentation and adherence to policies. • Communicate with clients or vendors regarding payment inquiries and account updates. • Support audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and financial information. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounts receivable operations. • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting functions. • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and external stakeholders. • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Prior experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
