We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general ledger processes, account reconciliation, and month-end close activities. Responsibilities: • Record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger. • Reconcile accounts, summarize activity, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Oversee and manage corporate accounts payable operations. • Analyze and interpret the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, including underlying accounts and activities. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable solutions. • Handle intercompany journal entries across multiple legal entities. • Consistently aim to exceed goals and expectations through attention to detail and dedication. • Participate in month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial data. • Perform additional accounting tasks as required.

• Proficiency in corporate tax regulations and filings. • Solid understanding of sales tax principles and practices. • Experience preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns. • Demonstrated skill in creating and posting journal entries. • Strong knowledge of general ledger operations. • Ability to analyze and improve accounting processes. • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
