These engagements may include coverage during peak workloads, system transitions, clean up initiatives, or ongoing operational support.</p><p>FTEPs are employed by Robert Half and deployed to client sites where their skills are needed, with the stability of full time employment and benefits between assignments.</p><p>This role is hands on and execution focused, supporting established teams and processes in real time.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p> Provide onsite accounting support to client teams</p><p> Assist with month end close activities and reconciliations</p><p> Process accounts payable and accounts receivable</p><p> Prepare journal entries and perform account analysis</p><p> Support inventory, purchasing, or procurement related accounting work as needed</p><p> Execute work within established client processes and timelines</p><p> Learn and adapt to different accounting systems and environments</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer Through FTEP</strong></p><p> Full time W2 employment with Robert Half</p><p> Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits</p><p> Paid time off between assignments</p><p> Ongoing project opportunities with different clients</p><p> Local Fort Worth based leadership and support</p><p> Opportunities to build broad accounting and systems experience</p>

<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p> Two to seven years of accounting experience</p><p> Background in corporate or operational accounting environments</p><p> Strong fundamentals in AP, AR, reconciliations, and close support</p><p> Comfort working onsite and collaborating with in person teams</p><p> Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables</p><p> Experience with systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or similar</p><p> Reliable, organized, and execution focused</p>
