<p>· MUST have Professional Services Industry FP& A experience</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting required, or Business, Master’s preferred</p><p>· CPA or CMA certification preferred</p><p>· 7+ years of progressive FP& A experience (forecasting, modeling, budgeting)</p><p>· Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools</p><p>· Strong command of financial statements, performance metrics, and scenario modeling</p><p>· Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels</p><p>· Proven leadership in fast-paced, matrixed environments</p>
