Sr. Field Financial Analyst
<p>We are looking for a Senior Field Financial Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will act as a strategic financial partner, delivering insights to drive profitability and operational improvements at the market level. This position requires a keen ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Partner with the Regional Vice President and their team to provide financial guidance and support.</p><p>• Analyze market-level profitability, operational efficiency, and P& L performance through regular reviews.</p><p>• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across financial and operational metrics.</p><p>• Develop clear and impactful narratives from complex financial data to inform decision-making.</p><p>• Create and maintain financial dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Power BI.</p><p>• Assist in forecasting and budgeting by integrating data-driven models with operational insights.</p><p>• Monitor forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis with actionable recommendations.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams across recruitment, business development, and clinical operations to enhance overall efficiency.</p><p>• Conduct in-depth branch-level assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.</p><p>• Provide financial modeling and business case development for market expansion or new service lines.</p>
• Proven experience in financial analysis, including profitability and operational metrics.<br>• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting processes.<br>• Expertise in variance analysis and delivering actionable insights.<br>• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.<br>• Ability to translate financial data into operational strategies and recommendations.<br>• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.<br>• Experience in data mining techniques and advanced analytics.
