This role involves providing critical financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to inform internal stakeholders. • Facilitate the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and verifying inputs. • Conduct variance and trend analysis on revenue and expenses, highlighting significant deviations from budget or prior periods. • Develop and maintain accurate store-level financial models, incorporating key metrics such as sales, labor, and expenses. • Collaborate with departments to gather necessary data and ensure consistency in reporting requirements and assumptions. • Execute ad hoc financial analyses and special projects by organizing and presenting data in a clear and structured manner. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Finance function and assist in documenting workflows. • Provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling within a corporate environment. • Strong proficiency in variance analysis and identifying trends in financial data. • Advanced knowledge of data mining techniques and tools. • Expertise in creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data. • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex financial information. • Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
