Contracts Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Haverford, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of contract management, including negotiation, administration, and vendor coordination, within the education sector. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of university operations through effective contract execution and management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.<br>• Administer the full lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to execution and renewal.<br>• Facilitate calls for bids and evaluate proposals to select the most suitable vendors.<br>• Manage vendor relationships to ensure adherence to contract terms and maintain strong partnerships.<br>• Monitor contract pricing and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accuracy.<br>• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and resolve potential issues.<br>• Maintain organized records of all contract documentation for easy access and audit purposes.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and communications.<br>• Implement best practices in contract management to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Proven experience in contract administration, management, and negotiation.<br>• Strong understanding of calls for bids and vendor selection processes.<br>• Ability to analyze and monitor contract pricing and terms effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships.<br>• Proficiency in organizing and maintaining detailed contract documentation.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills to address contract-related challenges.<br>• Familiarity with best practices in contract management and compliance.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field is preferred.
