Responsibilities: • Oversee high-volume recruiting efforts, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and ensuring timely candidate engagement. • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for marketing and creative roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. • Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as Workable, to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate progress. • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions. • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and deliver results. • Maintain accurate documentation, including offer letters and candidate records. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrating resourcefulness and a proactive approach. • Provide exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close candidates effectively. • Ensure attention to detail in all recruitment activities to uphold organizational standards.

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment. • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisition loads with confidence and efficiency. • Familiarity with recruiting for marketing, creative, and content roles. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems like Workable. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. • Demonstrated adaptability and time management skills in a fast-paced setting. • A sales mindset with the ability to creatively solve recruitment challenges. • Detail-oriented and collaborative, with a team-focused approach to achieving hiring goals.
