Workplace Experience Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This contract‑to‑permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive, organized, and engaging workplace environment. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations, partner with cross‑functional teams, and ensure a smooth experience for employees and visitors alike.</p><p><br></p><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from arrival through departure</p><p>Support day‑to‑day office operations, including space planning updates, conference room readiness, supply management, and coordination with onsite vendors</p><p>Assist with scheduling, logistics, and setup for meetings, internal events, and employee engagement activities</p><p>Respond to workplace service requests and partner with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Security) to ensure timely resolution</p><p>Maintain shared spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for all teams</p><p>Monitor front‑of‑house activity, including visitor access, deliveries, and general office flow</p><p>Provide administrative support for workplace programs, documentation, and process updates</p><p>Help track and report on workplace metrics (e.g., space utilization, supply needs, service requests) to support continuous improvement</p>
<p>Prior experience supporting office operations, workplace experience, hospitality, or a customer‑focused environment</p><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams</p><p>Comfort managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>Ability to proactively identify needs and resolve issues with minimal oversight</p><p>Familiarity with common workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, room‑booking platforms)</p><p>Reliable, consistent onsite presence during business hours</p>
