Project/Program Manager IV
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Seattle, WA (Hybrid – Virtual with ~50% Travel)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (40 hrs/week)</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 10 Months</p><p><strong>Potential for Extension/Conversion:</strong> Yes</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong> Required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project/Program Manager IV</strong> to support construction operations involving renovation, expansion, and deployment of facility‑related programs, including automation‑focused initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, resolving obstacles, and ensuring successful execution of work across multiple active sites.</p><p>The position operates in a fast‑paced, construction‑driven environment and requires strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as advanced project management expertise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in construction meetings and provide ongoing project oversight.</li><li>Investigate delays, identify root causes, and provide clear reports and recommendations.</li><li>Respond to project‑specific requests and support virtual management of multiple projects.</li><li>Support scheduling, planning, and progress tracking activities.</li><li>Interface with internal stakeholders through regular meetings and collaborative sessions.</li><li>Summarize complex issues into actionable updates for project teams.</li><li>Serve as a representative for the construction program, assisting teams in overcoming barriers to project completion.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7–10 years of experience</strong> in mechanical or electrical construction environments.</li><li><strong>Advanced project management credentials</strong> (PMP or similar).</li><li><strong>Proficiency in scheduling tools</strong>, specifically Microsoft Project or equivalent.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to support occasional weekend activities if needed.</li><li>Strong self‑starter with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Education & Background</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Military experience is also valued.</li><li>Background involving increasing levels of responsibility in mechanical construction roles</li></ul>
