This role is responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, resolving obstacles, and ensuring successful execution of work across multiple active sites.</p><p>The position operates in a fast‑paced, construction‑driven environment and requires strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems as well as advanced project management expertise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in construction meetings and provide ongoing project oversight.</li><li>Investigate delays, identify root causes, and provide clear reports and recommendations.</li><li>Respond to project‑specific requests and support virtual management of multiple projects.</li><li>Support scheduling, planning, and progress tracking activities.</li><li>Interface with internal stakeholders through regular meetings and collaborative sessions.</li><li>Summarize complex issues into actionable updates for project teams.</li><li>Serve as a representative for the construction program, assisting teams in overcoming barriers to project completion.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7–10 years of experience</strong> in mechanical or electrical construction environments.</li><li><strong>Advanced project management credentials</strong> (PMP or similar).</li><li><strong>Proficiency in scheduling tools</strong>, specifically Microsoft Project or equivalent.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to support occasional weekend activities if needed.</li><li>Strong self‑starter with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Education & Background</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Military experience is also valued.</li><li>Background involving increasing levels of responsibility in mechanical construction roles</li></ul>
