<p>We are seeking a Project/Program Manager II to support operational workflows, project coordination, and cross functional initiatives within a fast paced organizational environment. This role supports programs related to device and feature development and requires strong ownership, organization, and communication skills.</p><p>You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, setting timelines, coordinating contributors, and reporting progress to leadership. This position will play a key role in helping the team increase bandwidth for new and unexpected projects</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Coordinate and manage multiple ongoing projects and programs end to end.</p><p>• Establish timelines, assign tasks, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.</p><p>• Prepare status updates, reporting, and project summaries for leadership.</p><p>• Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and ensure alignment across cross functional contributors.</p><p>• Provide structured documentation, workflows, and consistent project tracking.</p><p>• Collaborate with global team members in a fast moving, evolving environment.</p><p>• Support onboarding processes, candidate interactions, and internal communications when needed.</p><p>• Ensure tasks are completed with accuracy, urgency, and a high standard of ownership.</p>

<p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p><p>Top 3 Must Have Skills</p><p>1. Strong Program/Project Management experience (4–7+ years)</p><p>2. Intermediate Excel / data handling capabilities</p><p>3. Ability to run meetings, manage complex workflows, and drive structured environments</p><p>Additional Requirements</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree required</p><p>• Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish</p><p>• Ability to quickly onboard, learn, and execute in a dynamic environment</p><p>• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills</p><p>• Ability to work independently and proactively push project progress</p><p>Nice to Have Skills</p><p>• Fast learner who can add value beyond assigned responsibilities</p><p>• Confident in improving processes, suggesting better approaches, and elevating team performance</p><p>• Experience creating surveys, dashboards, or data analysis deliverables</p>
