<p>We are looking for a dedicated Labor Relations Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In the Labor Relations Coordinator role, you will play a pivotal part in managing labor-related processes and ensuring smooth communication between store managers and the labor department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.</p><p><br></p><p>What you get to do every single day:</p><p>• Facilitate communication and collaboration between store managers and the labor department to resolve labor-related issues.</p><p>• Gather and analyze data on employee schedules, store operations, and hours of operation by directly contacting store managers.</p><p>• Utilize advanced Excel tools, such as Vlookups and pivot tables, to organize and interpret workforce-related information.</p><p>• Support labor management processes by preparing reports, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with labor controls.</p><p>• Assist with additional HR-related tasks and projects as directed by leadership.</p><p>• Incorporate business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create insightful dashboards and reports.</p><p>• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within HR systems to support labor relations activities.</p><p>• Provide recommendations to improve labor processes and enhance operational efficiency</p>
