Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to support a local and growing organization. The HR Generalist plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. Working closely with employees and leadership, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource needs while driving organizational goals forward. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.</li><li>Employee Relations: Partner with employees and managers to address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote positive engagement.</li><li>HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce HR policies and guidelines. Provide insights into updating procedures as necessary.</li><li>Training Support: Collaborate with leadership to organize and deliver training programs that align with team development needs.</li></ul>

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of proven experience in HR-related roles such as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of HR best practices and basic labor laws.</li><li>Strong recruiting and onboarding expertise.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software/systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus.</li><li>SHRM or PHR certification is a plus but not required.</li></ul>For immediate consideration, please call 610.882.1700!
