<p>Customer Service Representative</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bailey, Colorado. This is a position where you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service by managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of effectively managing varying call volumes.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Respond to incoming calls and schedule appointments with customers in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage fluctuating call volumes, particularly during peak seasons, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p>• Utilize scheduling software to book appointments and assign tasks to technicians based on availability.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist with invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.</p><p><br></p><p>• Handle outbound calls to coordinate with property management companies for job scheduling.</p><p><br></p><p>• Follow up with customers to ensure their service agreements and maintenance plans are up to date.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide support in renewing contractor licenses and other administrative tasks as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a friendly and family-oriented experience.</p>
<p>• Proven customer service experience with a strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally.</p><p><br></p><p>• Familiarity with scheduling tools and software is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>• Experience in dispatching is highly desirable.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to work independently and take initiative to handle tasks without constant supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward finding solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups and appointment setting.</p><p><br></p><p>• Detail-oriented with experience in preparing and managing customer invoices.</p><p><br></p><p>• A team player who is adaptable and willing to take on additional projects as needed.</p>
