Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this contract role, you will handle high volumes of inbound customer calls, primarily focusing on reservations and customer inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a large volume of inbound calls daily, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.<br>• Assist customers with reservations, providing accurate information and support.<br>• Address inquiries related to orders, directions, and lost items with professionalism.<br>• Collaborate effectively with team members using communication tools to ensure seamless operations.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.<br>• Provide solutions to customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with the services offered.<br>• Follow established protocols to handle a variety of customer needs efficiently.<br>• Work closely with restaurant teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled appropriately.<br>• Uphold a high standard of customer service in alignment with company policies.<br>• Adapt to fluctuating call volumes during peak times, such as the holiday season.
• Proven experience in managing high call volumes in a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Avaya CMS and ADP Financial Services.<br>• Capability to assist customers effectively and provide timely resolutions.<br>• Skilled in using computer programs for efficient task management.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
