Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a contract position ideal for individuals who excel in high-volume call environments and possess strong customer service skills. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with reservations, and ensuring a smooth experience for all inquiries.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily, with peak activity occurring during weekends and holiday seasons.<br>• Assist customers with reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.<br>• Provide support for inquiries related to takeout orders, directions, and lost-and-found services.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.<br>• Utilize customer service software and CRM tools to document interactions and manage customer information.<br>• Maintain a meticulous and courteous demeanor while addressing customer concerns.<br>• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.<br>• Adapt to varying workloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Uphold company standards and follow established protocols during all customer interactions.<br>• Continuously improve service quality through feedback and training.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, handling high volumes of inbound calls.<br>• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.<br>• Familiarity with reservation processes and related systems.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist a diverse range of customers.<br>• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle peak call volumes.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.<br>• Comfortable using computer programs and technology to manage customer inquiries.<br>• Knowledge of systems such as Avaya CMS and ADP Financial Services is a plus.
