Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado, on a contract basis. In this role, you will handle high volumes of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with reservations, inquiries, and other customer needs. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily, ensuring prompt and attentive responses to customer inquiries.<br>• Assist customers with reservations, providing accurate information and handling requests efficiently.<br>• Address customer inquiries regarding orders, directions, and lost-and-found items with attention to detail.<br>• Communicate effectively with restaurant teams using Microsoft Teams for seamless coordination.<br>• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak call times.<br>• Accurately log customer interactions and data into relevant systems.<br>• Resolve customer issues and complaints with care and empathy.<br>• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.<br>• Stay informed about company offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.<br>• Familiarity with systems such as ADP Financial Services and Avaya CMS is preferred.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.<br>• Proficient in computer programs relevant to call center operations.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
