Receptionist
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking while maintaining a friendly demeanor and a high level of competence.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a detail-oriented and friendly attitude.<br>• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly.<br>• Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and databases.<br>• Organize and maintain files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.<br>• Provide support with basic office tasks, such as photocopying and scanning documents.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
• Proven experience answering and managing a multi-line phone system.<br>• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.<br>• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.<br>• Ability to organize files and maintain confidentiality.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
