<p>• Proven experience in administrative assistance.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p><p>• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.</p><p>• Proficiency in preparing and editing detail-oriented documents.</p><p>• Familiarity with maintaining office supplies and ensuring inventory is up-to-date.</p><p>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</p><p>• Experience in tracking expenses and claims is preferred.</p><p>• Knowledge of office procedures and standards to ensure compliance.</p>
