Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. • Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment collection. • Manage billing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting workflows.

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions. • Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes and general accounting principles. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
