We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Garland, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations while growing within the role. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual invoicing processes and a strong foundation in basic accounting principles. Responsibilities: • Match paper accounts payable invoices with receiving documents to ensure accuracy. • Enter and code accounts payable invoices into the AX system efficiently. • Organize and file processed paperwork in designated storage cabinets. • Record accounts receivable payments into the AX system promptly. • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry and document management as needed. • Support accurate invoice processing and reconciliation tasks. • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth financial operations.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in an office environment handling accounting-related tasks. • Familiarity with AX system is preferred. • Foundational knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and accurate data entry skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities. • Ability to manage manual invoicing processes effectively.
