Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our client on a short-term 2-week basis coverage in the south, Minnesota metro. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking. Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and attentive experience.</li><li>Provide timely responses to inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.</li><li>Manage incoming mail by sorting, reviewing, and distributing it according to established procedures.</li><li>Oversee office inventory by ordering supplies for both administrative and kitchen needs.</li><li>Maintain organized office files and support general filing tasks.</li><li>Answer and direct inbound calls, ensuring callers are connected to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Assist with overflow administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and online research.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Teams and other tools to facilitate communication and collaboration within the office.</li><li>Coordinate and direct visitors to appropriate personnel or locations within the organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other office communication tools.</li><li>Ability to handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in managing and directing inbound calls with professionalism.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in filing and inventory management.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including spelling and grammar.</li><li>Capability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with administrative support tasks such as data entry and internet research.</li></ul><p>If you are interested please apply with your updated resume and call 952-831-6020 for additional details. </p>
