Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Contract-to-permanent role, it is ideal for candidates seeking a long-term career path with growth potential.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.</p><p>• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and databases.</p><p>• Handle daily cash receipts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.</p><p>• Provide concierge services by assisting clients with inquiries and requests.</p><p>• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.</p><p>• Coordinate communication between departments and relay messages efficiently.</p><p>• Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all front desk operations.</p><p>• Assist with onboarding and training processes for new team members when necessary.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a customer-facing environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with handling cash receipts and basic financial documentation.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
