These strategic individuals provide legal counsel and advocacy for individuals, businesses, and government organizations. They guide legal efforts focusing on educating and defending clients regarding their rights, communicating with courts and other lawyers, and managing their clients’ legal proceedings.

Typical lawyer, 10+ years' experience duties:

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to a diverse range of high-profile clients on complex legal matters within your area of practice (be specific based on the practice area advertised, e.g., securities law, class action lawsuits, international law). Lead and manage legal teams, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion of projects. Conduct complex legal research, analyze case law, and prepare comprehensive legal opinions and memoranda. Draft, review, and negotiate high-value legal documents such as contracts, financing agreements, and M&A transactions. Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding client expectations. Lead and manage litigation or other legal proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy and courtroom presence (duties may vary depending on the practice area). Stay at the forefront of legal developments, industry trends, and relevant legislation within your practice area. Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth and development. Contribute to business development activities by identifying new client opportunities, building relationships, and potentially managing client pitches.
