Effective HR solutions for luxury retailer
Our client, a luxury Canadian retailer, was looking for a coordinator to support its human resources team during an extended leave of absence.
The position was a critical hire, because the position that they were looking to staff was the first point of contact for anyone requesting HR support from any of the company’s retail locations nationwide, with thousands of employees submitting as many as 200 requests per day.
The company initially brought in a temporary replacement through another staffing firm who struggled meeting the demands of the role given the high volume of requests.

Efficient staffing for hospital’s immunization project
A large Toronto-based hospital needed administrative support immunizing and updating the records of approximately 3,000 staff during their annual flu clinic, which began in October and ended in November.
To meet their goal and keep the project on track, the hospital needed to staff approximately half a dozen one-month administrative positions within a tight time frame.
Robert Half was able to quickly identify and secure seven administrative professionals to help support the hospital’s immunization records project.
To meet the client’s request, we drew from a deep pool of administrative talent using a mix of existing professionals and candidates identified by staffing professionals who combined their skills with our in-house AI platform that helps match employer needs with candidate skills.
With their exceptional administration, communication, and customer service experience, the contract talent hit the ground running and completed their assigned tasks within one month.
