Compliance analysts must be highly organized, with excellent problem-solving, communication and research skills. They usually hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and have at least two years of related work experience. Strong candidates for this position have a solid understanding of risk assessment and mitigation, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in their industry.
