The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records within the Credit and Collections Department.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Reconcile customer chargebacks and deductions for assigned accounts, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.</p><p>• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely customer payments and resolving delays.</p><p>• Approve customer orders for shipment based on account status and financial reviews.</p><p>• Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Credit Manager, including updates on past-due accounts and cash flow forecasting.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Support, and Accounting to resolve account-related issues.</p><p>• Assist in training team members within the Credit and Collections Department as needed.</p><p>• Provide limited oversight of department operations in the absence of the Credit Supervisor.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with established credit and collections policies while performing day-to-day account management.</p><p>• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the goals of the department.</p>
