We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will handle high-volume transactions and ensure the accurate processing of invoices and payments within a dynamic work environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with extensive experience and a strong background in accounts payable, particularly in the manufacturing or distribution industries. Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation and payment. • Manage and execute regular check runs and electronic payments in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate coding of invoices and ensure all records are up-to-date. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and address vendor-related issues. • Utilize Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems to perform accounts payable functions efficiently. • Handle a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Assist with month-end closing processes, including preparing accounts payable reports. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution industries. • Proficiency with 3-way matching processes and related documentation. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors. • Proven reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
