<p>A small real estate development company located in Beverly Hills is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two very busy entrepreneurs/executives. Job duties will be to answer the phones, schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate conference calls, respond to client emails and handle client follow up, and run errands. Additional duties will be to build PowerPoint presentations, organize the office, conduct research, reach out to vendors, and complete special administrative projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Every day is different, so the ability to change gears and work independently is a must! This is an onsite position and hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Robert Half is looking for a tech savvy candidate who considers themselves very strong in Microsoft Office Suite.
