We are looking for an experienced HR Sourcer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within our organization. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to recruitment strategies and help build a strong pipeline of candidates.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Identify and source candidates across diverse roles using job boards, social media platforms, databases, and creative networking strategies.<br>• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs.<br>• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and application materials to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.<br>• Manage and update candidate information within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation of sourcing activities.<br>• Monitor sourcing metrics such as engagement, response rates, and candidate conversion to achieve recruitment goals.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends and sourcing tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.<br>• Promote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds.<br>• Support employer branding efforts by showcasing the company's values, culture, and opportunities to attract talented candidates.<br>• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational needs.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related HR role.<br>• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates.<br>• Proven ability to source and connect with passive candidates through innovative outreach methods.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple roles simultaneously.<br>• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.<br>• A passion for staying updated on new sourcing trends, technologies, and methodologies.
