HR Recruiter
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying top talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As part of a long-term contract, you will play a critical role in managing high-volume recruitment efforts while contributing to the organization's success through thoughtful hiring practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience and suitability for open roles.<br>• Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job descriptions and organizational needs.<br>• Utilize structured interview techniques and standardized screening criteria to assess candidates effectively.<br>• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the applicant tracking system.<br>• Communicate professionally with candidates, providing clear information about timelines, expectations, and job details.<br>• Support diversity hiring initiatives by actively sourcing talent from a variety of backgrounds.<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics, track hiring progress, and report on funnel performance.<br>• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely follow-ups and empathetic communication.<br>• Assist with posting job advertisements and sourcing tasks to attract applicants with relevant experience.<br>• Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes and workflows.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting structured interviews.<br>• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.<br>• Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.<br>• Knowledge of basic recruiting compliance principles, including confidentiality and documentation standards.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.<br>• Reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection.<br>• Familiarity with behavioral interview techniques and candidate evaluation processes is preferred.
