<p>We’re currently seeking a <strong>Senior Network Engineer</strong> to join our team and help us scale, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in high-level architecture planning, troubleshooting critical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. This position requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maintaining network performance, scalability, and security.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and cloud networking solutions</li><li>Lead network infrastructure projects from planning to execution</li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages or degradations</li><li>Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to secure the network</li><li>Document network architecture, processes, and procedures</li><li>Perform network capacity planning and forecasting</li><li>Configure and manage routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)</li><li>Maintain and support network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)</li><li>Manage network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents and provide after-hours support as needed</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>6+ years of experience in network engineering in enterprise environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN technologies</li><li>Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network platforms</li><li>Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Familiarity with SD-WAN and network automation (Python, Ansible, etc.)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent certification</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>CCIE, CISSP, or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking)</li><li>Experience with zero-trust architecture or NAC solutions</li><li>Familiarity with IPv6 transition strategies</li></ul>
