Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This long-term contract position focuses on providing exceptional support to customers through clear communication, efficient order processing, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling inquiries in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries regarding test results, invoices, shipping kits, and return labels with professionalism and accuracy.<br>• Escalate technical questions to lab technicians or the Customer Service Manager when necessary.<br>• Prepare and send completed test reports in the required format while ensuring proper documentation.<br>• Coordinate with the shipping team to organize and dispatch testing kits and materials for customers.<br>• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all components are correctly matched with customer records.<br>• Create and laminate test tags for kits, maintaining proper labeling for each client.<br>• Work closely with lab, shipping, and accounting teams to ensure smooth communication and precise order management.<br>• Maintain thorough records of customer accounts and orders, supporting efficient tracking and documentation processes.<br>• Assist in processing orders and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in an office, lab, or technical service environment.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.<br>• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar invoicing software is preferred.<br>• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small team.<br>• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring accuracy in documentation and order processing.
