This role requires strong analytical skills, discretion, and a commitment to accuracy.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and timekeeping.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure proper documentation and reporting.</li><li>Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.</li><li>Assist with year-end processes including W-2 preparation and tax filings.</li><li>Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>2+ years of payroll experience required; experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar systems preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul><p><br></p>
