This role involves providing expert legal counsel to clients on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in tax-efficient estate planning and a proven ability to manage complex legal matters. <strong>Some hybrid is available and must bring a book of business. Significant quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Offer strategic advice to clients on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and charitable giving.</p><p>• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney tailored to client needs.</p><p>• Guide fiduciaries through trust administration and probate processes while ensuring legal compliance.</p><p>• Analyze and address federal and state tax issues related to estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfers.</p><p>• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop holistic wealth management plans.</p><p>• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and resolve contested estate matters.</p><p>• Stay informed on evolving tax laws and estate planning regulations to provide updated legal strategies.</p><p>• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.</p><p>• Conduct thorough reviews of complex trust structures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.</p>

• Active Massachusetts Bar license.<br>• At least 8 years of experience in trusts and estates law.<br>• Comprehensive understanding of estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax laws.<br>• Exceptional drafting and analytical skills for complex legal documents.<br>• Proven ability to manage intricate client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.<br>• Expertise in handling probate court proceedings and contested estate matters.<br>• Ability to stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting estate planning.
